Over the years, Ateja has manufactured the international standard fabrics to cater domestic and overseas markets that have been exported to more than 68 countries worldwide. FACILITY
Thriving Optimal Performance
The seven plants of Ateja with total area of 558.500 m² – Ateja Multi Industry 1, Ateja Multi Industry 2, Ateja Tritunggal 1, Ateja Tritunggal 2, Ateja Tritunggal 3, Ateja Tritunggal 4, Ateja Tritunggal 5 and Ateja Grace Texindo have grown into a large textile group in focusing 5 fabric segments of Home Furnishing (Indoor, Outdoor, Solar Cool & Curtain), Contract, Transportation Interior, Mattress Ticking and Membrane fabric.

Each plant is vertically integrated and houses state-of-the-art machineries. Efficient and modern machinery are not the only concern for Ateja. We have invested in advance water treatment facilities and others to keep our environment clean and healthy.


PROCESS PRODUCTION
Integrated Process and Quality Control
Our expertise to transform the comprehensive design and texture into the various quality of fabric is full supported by a vertical integrated process starting from yarn production till finish product.

To reach the optimum result, Ateja had invested the world high quality machines such as Dornier, Van de Wiele, and Karl Mayer. At the end stage, all fabric produced must be screen.

Furthermore, we deploy a quality control in every stage of production process to assure high standard of quality is delivered.


RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
Creativity and Innovation
To stand out in the competitive edge, Ateja puts an extensive investment in the design and color development. Each year a wide selection of designs and colors are produced in our Design Center, creatively designed by our in-house and international designers to meet specific trends for specific markets.

Technical development is also conducted to provide various textures, higher performance and a better hand to the fabrics.

Each new article has to go through the physical properties test before being launched to the market. With all the advance technology in our laboratories and insightful designers, Ateja is highly competence to assemble the full spectrum of creative fabric designs.
