Ateja Tritunggal PT. warrants the color fastness (7-8 minimum color fastness under exposure to ultra-violet rays and bad weather conditions, according to the BS EN ISO 105-B04 standards – variations in shade over time are therefore limited) and rot-proof properties of its Sunproof outdoor furniture fabrics under normal use and environment, for 1,500 hours according to ASTM G53-96 starting from the date of purchase invoice.

• Any complaint must be sent within ten days of the defect being noticed, accompanied by the purchase invoice, description and evidence of defect, via registered mail with confirmation of receipt to the retailer where the product was initially bought. He will acknowledge the receipt of your complain and transmit your request to Ateja Tritunggal PT.
• Ateja Tritunggal PT. shall replace free of charge the section of fabric recognized as faulty, excluding any costs or any other compensation for any reason whatsoever.
• The fabric must be kept available to the experts of Ateja Tritunggal PT.
• Replacement or reimbursement of the defective fabric does not extend the duration of the original warranty of the original product and the replacement is not covered by this warranty.
• Warranty does not cover for:

• The benefits not performed by Ateja Tritunggal PT. : cutting, sewing of the fabric, etc.
• Parts of the product other than the fabric manufactured by Ateja Tritunggal PT : frame, foam, etc.
• Imperfections such as mottling, waffling, folds, etc. due to handling during preparationof the product or its installation.
• Defects due to the aging and normal wear and tear of the fabric.
• The consequences of the conditions of installation, the environment or the use not corresponding to the normal conditions, uses of the profession or standards prescribed by Ateja Tritunggal PT. or the presribed use of the fabric.
• Damage or defects in the fabric resulting from misuse, accidents or negligence not attributable to Ateja Tritunggal PT. or resulting from force majeure.
• Defects and damages caused by the elements and materials associated to the fabric in the finished product The warranty shall cease be effective and shall become void and inapplicable if any of the following has.

• Faulty maintenance.
• The use of unsuitable products or instrumentson the fabric including but not limited to : detergent, chemical product or solvent of any kind, use of any kind of instrument whatsoever or other instruments that may damage the surface.
• Lightning or unusual climatic or environmental conditions.
• Atmospheric or phytosanitary pollution.
• Soiling caused by animals.
• Faulty assembly or misshandling by the user, hanging objects on the fabric, falling objects, bumps, road accidents, vandalism, burns from Cigarette, fire or any other sources.

Warranty letter Sunproof Sling furniture fabrics

The external range of Sunproof-Sling fabrics from PT Ateja Tritunggal which is made of PVC coated polyester yarns are covered by a warranty of three (3) years. This warranty is effective to its direct customer from the date of original purchase of the fabrics under normal conditions of use and environment in accordance to our technical specifications.

• Breaking strength of product shall maintain 50 % strength at the end of warranty period.
• The Flame retardancy of the product shall maintain its capabilities during the period of warranty.
• Uniform fading of color under ultraviolet radiation.

• Should the fabric not meet the above stated properties or specifications, PT Ateja will reimburse the price of or replace the square meters of fabric accepted as defective according to the table quoted under here, after inspection and agreement by its Quality Control department. The warranty period will start from the original date of purchase from PT Ateja. The percentage of reimbursement or replacement is in proportion to the number of years of usage according to the chart below and shall not exceed the original sales price to the original purchaser :

• The defect fabric shall be kept available to the experts of PT Ateja Tritunggal.
• In the case of replacement of the fabric, the warranty shall not be extended and is still effective as from original date of purchase.
• All claims must be submitted with the original invoice of the fabric purchased together with its fabric label, and sent within thirty (30) days after the defect has been discovered or ascertained, by registered mail to PT Ateja Tritunggal, Jl. Raya Batujajar KM 2.8, Padalarang, Bandung 40561, West Java – Indonesia.
• PT Ateja Tritunggal shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the use of, or the inability to use the fabrics with an unsuitable or incompatible components, improper fabric preparation or installation of hardware or improper or insufficient maintenance, improper care or repair or storage of the product.

• Transportation or storage condition.
• Normal wear and tear or aging of the fabric.
• The benefits not performed by PT Ateja Tritunggal: sewing of the fabric, cutting of the fabric, etc.
• Improper handling, usage or preparation of fabrics not authorized by PT Ateja.
• Errors of design, making-up, assembling or use in inappropriate conditions.
• Color differences between parts exposed and unexposed to direct sunlight.
• Consequences of chemical or abrasive attacks, atmospheric pollution or accidental puncturing.
• Permanent transfer of certain color agents, such as inks, permanent markers and other non-colorfast dyes used in clothing.
• Presence of stains or rings caused by fatty or straining substances (food fats, sun or industrial creams and oils, etc).
• Accidents, bad weather or neglect, high winds, atmospheric pollution, accidental discharges, acts of God or any other force majeure conditions for which PT Ateja Tritunggal cannot be held liable.

The external range of sunproof acrylic fabrics from PT. Ateja Tritunggal which made of 100% acrylic solution dyed are covered by a warranty of five (5) years. This warranty is effective to its direct customer from the date of original purchase of the fabrics under normal conditions of use and environment in accordance to our technical specifications. Before the use of Sunproof Acrylic fabrics, the customer shall determine the suitability of the product for its intended use.

• Any complaint must be sent within Thirty days of the defect being noticed, accompanied by the purchase invoice, description and evidence of defect, via registered mail with confirmation of receipt to the retailer where the product was initially bought.
